My expectation before beginning the home search was that the process could take weeks, maybe even a month. Little did I know, I’d find the perfect home and reach a deal only 4 days after starting the process. All of the credit goes to Jasmine as she did a wonderful job in not only locating potential homes that fit my preferences, but also doing this with urgency. Because of her urgency and eagerness to help me, we found my home and had an offer submitted within a couple hours. I can’t imagine what the process would’ve been like without Jasmine running point on the home search and then helping with all of the insurance/mortgage requirements, after reaching an agreement with the seller. I’m incredibly thankful for her expertise and would recommend her to any potential buyer.
